the location was very convenient. i could easily walk to many shops and restaurants. the bathroom had nice amenities. the rooftop terrace offered amazing city views..
the room was quite small. it barely had enough space for luggage. the elevators were slow. i often waited several minutes for one, and there are only 2 elevators for the whole hotel. the soundproofing was inadequate. i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

The bathroom was AMAZING!!! It felt very spacious. The rooftop access was a great perk. The views were expansive. I used the umbrellas. They were provided FREE of charge.
The air conditioning unit made quite A bit of noise. It was difficult to ignore it at night. The elevators were sometimes slow. There were only two for the entire hotel, so that resulted in some waiting.

The location provides convenient access to many neighborhoods. I found it simple to explore the area. The free umbrellas came in handy when unexpected rain was. It was a nice perk to have. I enjoyed the rooftop. It offered good views and a nice place to relax. The bathrooms stand out. They are excellent in their design.
The windows were very dirty, also i noticed quite a bit of dust on the bedside lamps

i found the staff personal and helpful. they assisted with ice bags and carrying purchases. most of them have worked there for over ten years (which says a lot, i think). i really liked the secured lobby after hours.
the room was not particularly large.

i traveled and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful they were great too ensure i had everything i needed and were happy to give recommendations for sightseeing the location was perfect for exploring the lower east side little italy chinatown east village and soho i found it really great. it's close to the subway line for easy access to times square empire state and central park
windows in my room needed better cleaning i noticed dust on the bedside lamps and tables also i would have liked the front desk to have taken my luggage up to my room upon arrival it seemed like a standard service that was missing
